Psalm 1:2
"But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night."I was drawn to the word "delight" as I read this psalm today. I confess that it can be so easy to race through daily Bible reading. Oh, to get to that place of consistently delighting in God's Word, treasuring it more than a favorite magazine or novel ... and in the process encountering the One who is the very heart of the Bible, the living Christ.
